Company, accounts, website navigation, and common Damotion information.
Damotion provides management consulting, research collaboration, and simulation software for teams working with complex systems. Our work combines Systems Thinking, System Dynamics, data analysis, and AI-assisted modeling.
First confirm that your email address is correct. Then check your spam or junk folder for messages from [email protected]. Adding Damotion Consulting to your contacts can help future emails arrive reliably.
Use at least 8 characters and choose a password you do not use on other websites. A unique password keeps your Damotion account safer.
Every new registered user receives a personal promo code in System Messages. Share it with others: when someone signs up with your code and admin approves the bonus, both you and the new user receive 5 Stars in your account balances.
Send a verification request from your Profile page. We review your registered work email first. If you signed up with a personal email, we may ask for supporting links or documents before adding the verification badge.
Stars below your avatar show your current plan: Free has 1 star, Plus has 2 stars, and Pro has 3 stars. The spendable Stars shown on your Purchases page are separate website credits.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties. You can request account deletion, which includes a 7-day cooling period. Accounts inactive for more than one year may be removed with their private data.
Yano Simulator, modeling workflows, product features, and technical behavior.
Yano Simulator is Damotion's simulation modeling tool for building and testing dynamic models. It is designed around a modern pricing model, an AI-assisted simulation engine, and feedback from real modelers.
Yano Simulator is currently in development for macOS. Windows and web access are planned so more modelers can use it in the future.
The modeling workflow is designed to feel familiar and intuitive. Tutorials, help documentation, and examples will be added to help new users get started.
Yano Simulator is being built with support for XMILE and .mdl model exchange. Many external System Dynamics models should open directly, though some layouts or equations may still need cleanup.
Available features depend on your account plan. Free users still receive core modeling support, while Plus and Pro unlock broader modeling, analysis, and export capabilities.
No traditional license purchase is required. You can use Yano Simulator for learning, research, education, or commercial work. Paid subscriptions are optional and can be canceled when they are no longer needed.
Plans, payments, subscriptions, trials, credits, and invoices.

Start with the Support page. Documentation, FAQs, and the Forum are designed to answer common questions and keep useful discussions visible to other users.
Use the Forum to report Yano bugs, request future features, ask modeling questions, and discuss workflows with other modelers. Please choose the section that best matches your topic.
Keep posts relevant, respectful, and helpful. Moderators may remove content that is off-topic, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to modeling and Damotion products.
Star Pool donations, Free Stars claims, transparency records, and community support.
Give is a community support initiative for users who need a small amount of extra help with Stars. It lets users contribute to a shared Star Pool and support each other.
Registered users can donate Stars from their balance to the Star Pool. Eligible users can claim 5 free Stars once per month, up to 6 times per year.
The goal is to keep the Star Pool sustainable. Damotion plans to seed the pool at the beginning and add support from time to time as the community grows.
Every donation and claim is recorded in the public Give ledger, so users can see how Stars flow into and out of the pool.
Use the dedicated forum to report software issues, request new functionality, or discuss simulation modeling practice with the broader community.
