Configure application settings
Choose Application Settings from the application menu. These preferences apply across Yano Simulator rather than only to the current model.
Appearance
Choose whether Yano Simulator follows the system appearance or uses a light or dark presentation. This changes the app chrome and Help appearance; it does not change model data or simulation results.
Value formatting
Formatting preferences control how values are displayed throughout the app. They do not alter stored equations, model values, or simulation calculations.
Canvas export background
Use Transparent Image/PDF export background when exported canvas artwork will be composited over another background.
- Enable it to export a transparent canvas background.
- Disable it to preserve the visible canvas background in image and PDF exports.
Save or discard changes
Confirm settings with the dialog’s primary action. Choose Cancel to leave existing application preferences unchanged.
