Configure application settings

Choose Application Settings from the application menu. Settings apply to the app rather than only the current model.

Use the appearance setting to follow the system or choose a light or dark presentation. Formatting preferences affect how values are displayed; they do not change the stored equations or simulation calculations.

Enable Transparent Image/PDF export background when exported canvas artwork must be composited over another background. Disable it when the export should preserve the visible canvas background.

Confirm changes with the dialog's primary action. Canceling leaves the previous settings unchanged.
