Workspace Plots and Tables

Expand the Workspace below the model canvas. Switch among its panels using the Workspace tabs.

Plots

The Plots panel displays simulation series and supports:

• current-run or comparative output
• combined or separate series layouts
• individual scales where applicable
• hover inspection of time and values
• a selected time window
• resetting the floating window layout

Use Float to move the Workspace into a separate window and Dock to return it below the canvas. Choosing View Results for selected canvas variables focuses the floating Plots panel on that selection.

Table

The Table panel lists sampled time values and selected result columns. Display formatting follows each variable's number format or the model default. Number formatting changes presentation only, not stored simulation values.

Time range

Use Select Time Range to set the visible start and stop. An invalid or overly narrow range can make output appear missing; restore the full range when troubleshooting.

No output

If the Workspace reports No Simulation Output, run the model first. If output is still absent:

1. Validate the model.
2. Check Start Time, Stop Time, and DT.
3. Confirm the desired variable participates in simulation.
4. Reset custom plot ranges or scales.
